VOIP Provider Review Talks About Unlimited India Calling Offered By Telcan
The Vonage World plan that consists of Unlimited India Calls brought into the market by Vonage seems to have been copied and duplicated by a lot of VoIP providers. Keeping in mind the uncertainty of the market and above all these companies it is rather better and safer that you read our Telcan.com Review before you buy Telcan India Unlimited Plan.
The market has become so unpredictable today because of the launching of new VOIP providers every week and vanishing the next month. Therefore it has become a major risk to put our hard earned money into a VOIP provider and not getting the actual service. There is a big question mark on the face of the people regarding the right choice of VoIP provider. There is nothing to worry, as we understand your needs an can help you choose the right VOIP Provider by making you familiar with the VOIP Guide.
A flat monthly fee of $29.99 unlimited calls to India plan are what Telcan is claiming today. Let us look at the their website Telcan.com and learn more about this interesting offer.
1) Telcan’s offering a One-time start up for $29.99.
2) A fee of #34 ($29.99 + $4 tax) per month as long as you continue.
3) Telcan using local access numbers offers VOIP service.
4) You may anytime cancel the service as Telcan is claiming that there are no cancellation fees and no contract kind of system between you and them.
5) Any number in India can be dialed by you with Telcan Unlimited India Plan including landline and mobile.
6) Telcan has a good phone and email support.
Now let us see at some of the drawbacks of the sake: -
1) No SIP service or Support.
2) Available only via Access numbers.
3) You need to get your number registered i.e. Telcan Access Number from where you can make calls.
4) Only one change of authorization number per month is allowed and no change can be made during the course of the month.
This service works exactly like any other calling card and there is no contract issue thing. But the wrong part is you cannot share your plan with your friends or Family since calls originate from a pre designated phone number.
About $34 a month is what the actual cost is. If you compare this with a regular calling card leaving aside Betamax, you will see that any other calling card which costs about 1.2 cents per minute, if my calculation doesn’t go wrong then it will translate to about 48 hours a month. Moreover to give you a proof I have my own phone bill with me showing that it does not exceed 25 hours and the total talktime of my roommate and friends is about 25 hrs. This plan seems to be great if Vonage offers free local calling plan (Any time unlimited, unlike unlimited after 9:00 PM) or other similar plan that helps to share with room mates with Time division Multiplexing in place. But don’t forget that Local calling plan has additional cost associated with it. Telcan also does not offer a local number for all states in US and Canada.
